Pear Flow | Studio

Designed to guide you through movements that improve flexibility, strength, and balance. This slower-paced class is about calming & strengthening, providing a gentle yet effective workout, helping you unwind. Find your flow.
Suitable for all fitness levels. Max 8. 

Pear Classic | Studio

Our classes we are known and loved for, a fun and friendly reformer workout! These classes follow a 6 week program to progress a particular muscle group or movement. Get moving with us.
Suitable for all fitness levels. Max 8. 

Pear Advanced | Studio

For those who want a more challenging workout, Pear Advanced is your new go-to! This class will push your limits and help you build strength, power, and endurance. Take your practice to the next level -this reformer class incorporates dumbbells to challenge your strength and endurance, Designed to challenge you.
Suitable for experienced exercisers. Max 8.

Pregnancy | Studio

Our pregnancy classes provide a great workout, with a particular focus on using exercise to get strong and stay strong throughout your pregnancy. All classes include core, pelvic floor, posterior chain and glute strength. Start anytime in your pregnancy, and workout with us all the way up to 40 weeks! Suitable for all fitness levels after Exercise Physiology clearance. Max 8.

Mums & Bubs | Studio

Safely return to exercise, support your recovery, and being to re-load after delivery and birth. Meet other new mums in our reformer pilates classes working alongside your little one! Non crawling little ones are welcome. Suitable for all fitness levels after our Exercise Physiology/Physiotherapy clearance. Max 8

Pinkmoves Cancer Rehab | Studio

A class for women who have experienced cancer, or who are currently in active treatment. These classes are provided for our current clients as an addition to working with your Exercise Physiologist one on one - and use a combination of reformer pilates and strength work - supported by the latest evidence based guidelines for exercise and cancer.  Max 8.

Gym & Strength - Class Descriptions

Osteo Strength | Gym

This class uses our gym space & weights equipment - and focuses on learning movement patterns, lifting weights, and healthy impact work - all to support bone mineral density. These classes are the progression from working one on one with our Exercise Physiology team establishing confidence in your lifts.
Suitable for all fitness levels after Exercise Physiology clearance. Max 8.

Golden Girls/Active Aging 60+ | Gym

Suitable for men & women over the age of 60. These classes are a great addition to working one on one with your Exercise Physiologist - learn how to use exercise as medicine, make friends and move together - including chair based exercises, strength and falls prevention.
Suitable for all fitness levels after Exercise Physiology clearance. Max 8.

Pear Strength | Gym

Learn how to effectively use gym equipment and master the principles of a mesocycle. Pear Strength helps you build a solid foundation for long-term progress, focusing on technique, consistency, and structured training. You can’t go wrong getting strong.
