Our Telehealth consultations will deliver the same brilliant level of care as our in-clinic service offerings, where our allied health team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists & clinical nutritionists can develop a tailored treatment plan to keep you moving & support your rehabilitation.
What to expect from your Telehealth appointment?
We will send you the details to login to our secure platform in the days prior to your appointment, and will review your medical history and ask you some questions about your pain, the nature of your symptoms and in some cases have you perform some movements on screen for us.
Can I claim Telehealth/Virtual Appointments appointments on private health or medicare?
Yes - you are able to claim Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology appointments via Medicare. All virtual clinic appointments (EP, Physio & Nutritionist) are also eligible for Private Health Rebates.
How do I pay for Telehealth appointments?
You will be sent an invoice & are able to pay via online portal Stripe.

Chronic Fatigue Rehab
We know that CFS/ME & long COVID affect women disproportionately to men - and that the energy costs to travel too, and attend, appointments are high. This is why we are proud to offer fatigue management rehab programs online, with support over the screen and weekly group online slow-flow classes.
The first 6 weeks program
Helping new mums recover from birth within the first 6 weeks - c-section education, safe return to exercise and pelvic health education & screening. We can help get you moving & on the road to recovery, from the comfort of your home, or while still in hospital with little one.
Endometriosis Toolkit
This program will help guide you with how movement, anti-inflammatory foods, and pelvic floor relaxation can become part of your toolkit to aid in your pain flares. Based off our previous wildly successful in the flesh presentation mornings with “Let’s Talk Period.”
Pelvic Floor & Prolapse Strength Programs
We know strength training is such an important component to long term pelvic floor and overall health. Learn how to stay strong with pelvic floor considerations and reduce your symptoms with prolapse or post prolapse repair surgery.
